Our experienced therapists deliver evidence-based treatments to adolescents and adults suffering from eating disorders, anxiety, and related disorders. Our approach is largely behavioral and we offer tailored treatment approaches based on a thorough assessment of client’s presenting concerns.
To target anxiety and OCD, I use a range of ERP, ACT, CBT, and solution focused interventions, as well as HRT for body focused repetitive behaviors (skin picking and hair pulling).
