Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! I work with college students and young adults who may feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, or OCD. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and motivated, yet internally they’re navigating constant “what if” thoughts, self-doubt, or a sense of pressure to get things just right.

You might find yourself avoiding certain situations, procrastinating because things feel overwhelming, or getting caught in mental loops that are hard to step away from. Anxiety or OCD may be starting to impact your schoolwork, relationships, or your ability to enjoy everyday life. Even when things look “fine” on the outside, it can feel exhausting underneath.

If you’re hoping to develop a different relationship with your thoughts and feelings (even if that feels a little uncomfortable at first) and are looking for meaningful, lasting change, we might be a good fit. In our work together, we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, building practical tools and gently working through the patterns that are keeping you stuck, so you can feel more confident, flexible, and more like yourself.
