ZOLA Mental Health

Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPCC, LADC
Accepting clients Last Updated 0 days ago

I’m Kimberly, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) — and founder of ZOLA Mental Health.

At ZOLA, I believe therapy should feel like a genuine, supportive space — a place where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My goal is to help people from all backgrounds untangle the stress, pain, or uncertainty you’ve been carrying and find clarity, confidence, and calm.

I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or big life transitions. My approach combines warmth, compassion, and evidence-based strategies like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness. I focus on the whole person — your mind, emotions, relationships, and routines — because real change happens when we address every part of what makes you, you.
